Angie Pool Executive Director

Angie brings 26 years experience to her position as Development Director for Cardinal Greenways. Prior to Cardinal Greenways, Angie worked for the American Heart Association, where she managed volunteers in 33 counties in Indiana. Through her leadership, several of her volunteer committees won Affiliate Awards. Her focus at the Greenway is relationship building, raising money for trail maintenance and depot operations, managing events and grant writing. She also helps promote the Trail by speaking on behalf of the Greenways at service clubs across the Region.

Angie is married to Jay, her husband of 21 years, and they have an 18-year-old son, Logan, who is a senior at Union High School. They live in Losantville, Indiana and are just 1 mile from the Cardinal Greenway. Angie enjoys spending time with her family, and she and Jay enjoy riding and walking on the Trail.

Philip Tevis Construction Director

Philip will have his busiest year ever. Phil oversees all construction for the Cardinal and White River Greenway including the years of planning that precede project implementation. With anticipated construction in Wayne County, on the White River Greenwayand in Sweetser, we expect to see little of Philip inside the Depot. However, Cardinal Greenways' construction is in great hands. Philip has overseen completion of trail projects in all five counties along Cardinal Greenway and White River Greenway, advanced the equestrian trail, restored the Wysor Street Depot and assisted other trail entities in moving through the construction process.

Philip loves to spend time outdoors skiing and fly fishing. He runs his own company, Flatland Resources, which manages the John M. Craddock Wetlands Nature Preserve and provides many other services.

Jim Vincent Maintenance Director

Jim seems to know most of the people in Muncie, so he not only brings a great deal of experience to the job, he also brings many connections that help the trails advance. Jim is responsible for maintaining the trail year round, for purchasing equipment and keeping it repaired, for recruiting and training maintenance team members and for all Depot repairs. Jim has a background that includes many different job and life experiences which benefit all of us.
