Philip Tevis

Philip Tevis

Construction Director

Email Philip

Philip will have his busiest year ever. Phil oversees all construction for the Cardinal and White River Greenway including the years of planning that precede project implementation. With anticipated construction in Wayne County, on the White River Greenway and in Sweetser, we expect to see little of Philip inside the Depot. However, Cardinal Greenways' construction is in great hands. Philip has overseen completion of trail projects in all five counties along Cardinal Greenway and White River Greenway, advanced the equestrian trail, restored the Wysor Street Depot and assisted other trail entities in moving through the construction process.

Philip loves to spend time outdoors skiing and fly fishing. He runs his own company, Flatland Resources, which manages the John M. Craddock Wetlands Nature Preserve and provides many other services.
